A freight forwarder is only as good as the partners it hands cargo to once it leaves the UAE. That's the problem the CPL Network exists to solve — and why we're a member.
The CPL Network (Cargo Plus Logistics Network) is a global logistics alliance built to connect freight forwarders with vetted partners in other countries — the agents, brokers, and last-mile providers who take over a shipment once it lands outside our own network of direct control. Instead of every forwarder cold-searching for a reliable contact in a new market, CPL Network members find and work with each other through a shared platform, backed by member verification and an ongoing conference and networking program that keeps those relationships active rather than static.
Most of what Viora handles directly — air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and customs clearance across the UAE — is work we control end-to-end. But international freight forwarding always has a handoff point: the moment a shipment leaves our hands and enters someone else's network in the destination country. That handoff is where delays, miscommunication, and unreliable partners usually show up.
Being part of a vetted network like CPL means that handoff point is a known, verified partner rather than a cold contact — someone who has a reputation to protect within the same alliance we belong to.
If your shipment needs a reliable agent on the other end — whether that's customs coordination, last-mile delivery, or warehousing in a market we don't operate in directly — membership in a network like CPL is how we find that partner without guessing. It's one of the reasons we can quote confidently on international moves, not just domestic UAE freight.
